  • 2 pears
  • 100 g sprouts or rocket
  • 80 g blue cheese
  • 40 g nuts
  • 2 tbsp. goji berries

Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 350°F.

    Cut the pears in half, remove the core if necessary, place them on a baking sheet, and drizzle with olive oil.

    Bake for 20 minutes, until tender and lightly caramelized.

    Assemble the salad: baby greens, roasted pears, cheese, walnuts, goji berries, pepper.

    Drizzle with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar just before serving.
