Salmon Tartare with apple

Ingredients

  • 300 g of fresh salmon fillet without fish bone
  • 0.5 Granny Smith green apple
  • 0.5 cucumber
  • 1 shallot
  • 1.5 fresh sprig of dill
  • 2 to 3 pinches of Salt and herbs mixture for fish
  • 10 peppercorns of Phu Quoc white pepper
  • 0.5 lemon
  • 4 tablespoons of Lemon flavoured oil
  • 2 tablespoons of Balsamic vinegar with pomegranate

Preparation

    Cut the salmon into little cubes and place them in a bowl.

    Chop the dill and add it.

  3. 3

    Cut the apple and the cucumber into little cubes and mix them delicately with the salmon.

    Add the lemon juice.

  5. 5

    Let it rest 1 hour in the fridge.

    Mix the Lemon Flavoured Oil with the Balsamic Vinegar with Pomegranate and pour this sauce over the salmon tartare.

    Add the ground peppercorns and the Salt & Herbs Mixture for Fish.
