Terra del Tuono: A family tradition dating back to 1892
Since 1892, Terra del Tuono (Acetaia Terra del Tuono), founded by the Zini family, has been continuing a family tradition of producing Aceto Balsamico di Modena from grapes grown in their own vineyards. Located between Reggio Emilia and Modena, this acetaia has managed to combine respect for heritage with a forward-looking approach, while aging its product in old wooden barrels, true guardians of time.
A strong identity: innovation in the service of tradition
Terra del Tuono stands out for its commitment to traditional methods, blending concentrated grape must and aging in successive barrels (oak, chestnut, cherry wood, etc.), a method inspired by the solera system, while infusing it with great creativity.
