Chocolate-filled brownie with chocolate almonds

Ingredients

For the brownie

  • 200 g dark baking chocolate
  • 120 g butter
  • 120 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 80 g flour
  • 1 pinch salt

For decoration

Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 340°F.

    Melt the dark chocolate with the butter gently in a double boiler or microwave.

    Add the sugar and mix.

    Add the eggs one at a time.

    Add the flour and a pinch of salt, mix until you obtain a smooth dough.

    Pour the mixture into a heart-shaped mold, previously buttered.

    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, depending on how soft you want them to be.

    Allow to cool before carefully removing from the mold.
