  • 1/2 bunch chopped chives
  • 1 chopped shallot
  • 2 teaspoons fennel seeds
  • Pepper and salt

Preparation

    Mix all the ingredients. You can brush your fish (ideally with white flesh) and let it rest in a cool place covered with cling film until cooked.
