  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped capers
  • ground pepper
  • 1 pinch Espelette pepper
  • 100 g fresh cheese to spread

Preparation

    In a bowl, using a fork, crumble the sardines.

    Add the cream cheese, the juice of 1/2 lemon, the chives, the chopped capers, pepper and Espelette pepper.

    Mix, cover in film and leave in the fridge until ready to serve.
