    Roughly chop the shrimp

    Mix together the garlic pulp, cottage cheese, olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, chopped dill and lemon juice

    Season the shrimps with the salt & herbs mixture for the fish and the pepper

    Arrange the shrimp salad in the verrines. It's ready!
