Peel and cut the apples into slices or cubes.
Fry them for 5 minutes in a pan with a little butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and a dash of blackcurrant balsamic vinegar. Set aside.
Whisk the eggs with the sugar until frothy.
Add the yogurt, melted butter, then the flour and baking powder. Mix.
Add the apples to the batter and pour into a buttered and floured mold.
Bake at 180°C (gas mark 6) for 35 to 40 minutes (check cooking).
Let cool before unmolding.
