World Olive Day

On Sunday, November 26, in conjunction with the exhibition “The olive tree, our tree”, the Salagon museum will participate in World Olive Tree Day, in partnership with Maison Brémond (Groupe Territoire de Provence).
Program
– From 10 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.: Don’t miss the guided tour of an olive grove in Mane, by Christian Morenas, olive grower. Discovering the passion for olive growing, come and explore plots of olive trees and share knowledge and know-how around olive growing.
– From 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.: Will be followed by an olive oil tasting by Cécile Le Galliard, oleologist.
– Then tasting of caramels with olive oil in partnership with the Caramélérie de Mane en Provence.
