For the first time, Maison Bremond 1830 is required to submit a gender equality index report for 2025 (with over 50 employees).

However, the overall index score cannot be calculated due to insufficient numbers in the comparable groups for items 1 and 3, which are detailed below.

-2 – Difference in distribution of individual salary increases: 25/35 points

-3 – Salary increase upon return from maternity leave: not calculable

-4 – Gender parity among the 10 highest earners: 10/10 points

 

 

Whether or not we exceed the 50-employee threshold, our commitment is to maintain and continue our efforts in gender equality!
