  • 400 g flour
  • 25 g Baker's yeast
  • 100 g butter
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 lemon
  • 200 g blueberries
  • Icing sugar
  • Crushed pistachios
  • Salt

Preparation

    Melt the butter, then mix it with the milk and egg.

    In another bowl, pour the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Mix the two preparations in a mixer, until obtaining a homogeneous paste. Let the dough rest.

    Once the dough has doubled in size, rework it, then let swell for 10 minutes.

    Arrange the dough in a rectangle. Spread the pistachio supreme and pour lemon olive oil over it. Then disperse the blueberries over the entire surface.

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

    Roll out the dough, divide it into two parts. Braid and give a crown shape. Let sit for about 40 minutes.

    Place the crown in the oven for 15 minutes.

    Leave to cool, before decorating the crown with the sugar, ice cream and pistachios.
