  • 4 cl Mistral Gin
  • 4 cl Homemade exotic tea syrup
  • 2 cl Fresh lemon juice
  • 4 fresh raspberries
  • sparkling water

Preparation

  1. 1

    In a shaker, pour the gin, exotic tea syrup, fresh lemon juice and Balsam' Gin Tonic over a handful of crushed ice.

    Shake for 15 seconds then pour into a tall glass filled with crushed ice.

  3. 3

    Dilute with sparkling water.
