Ingredients

Crepe dough

  • 200g flour
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1/3L milk
  • 1 pinch of salt

For the filling

Others ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 100g dark chocolate pastry
  • 1 handful of hazelnuts for decoration

Preparation

FOR THE PANCAKE BATTER

    For the pancake batter: in a bowl, combine the flours and salt.

    Break the egg and mix coarsely, then gradually add the milk while whisking vigorously.

    Melt the butter, then add it to the appliance.

    Then let it sit in the fridge for 1 hour.

FOR THE GARNISH

    Crush the banana with a fork

    Melt chocolate in a bain marie

  3. 3

    Garnish your pancake with spread and banana puree,fold it into a triangle and decorate with liquid chocolate and hazelnuts
