  • 3 eggs
  • 50 cl milk
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp. neutral oil or melted butter

Preparation

The dough

    Mix the flour, sugar, and salt.

    Add the eggs one at a time.

    Gradually add the milk until you obtain a smooth paste.

    Add the oil or melted butter.

    Let stand for 30 minutes.

Cooking pancakes

    Heat a lightly greased skillet.

    Pour in a ladleful of batter and spread it out.

    Cook for about 1 minute on each side until lightly browned.

    Keep warm.

Dressage

    Drizzle the still-warm pancakes with candied lemon honey.

    Fold or roll depending on the desired effect.
