  • 120 g minced beef for tartare per person
  • 1 pinch of ground coriander
  • 1 good pinch of ground cumin
  • 1 pinch of ground paprika
  • 1 small pinch of ground Cayenne pepper
  • the juice of one lemon
  • 1 good spoonful of Lemon-Flavoured Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon of capers (de--salted and chopped)

Preparation

    Mix all the ingredients together and season if necessary.

    Serve with a few red, yellow and green peppers cut into tiny cubes and a good pinch of sesame seeds on top.
