Lemon & Lavender Iced Tea




Others ingredients

  • 1 bag bergamot black tea (Earl Grey)
  • 1 liter water
  • A few slices citron
  • ice Cube

    Heat the water until it reaches a temperature of 90°C. Immerse the tea in water and let it steep for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove the bag and let cool. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours.

    Add the 12 cl of lavender & lemon syrup, mix with a stirrer.

    Add a few slices of fresh lemon. Serve with ice cubes.

Idea: it is possible to add 1 to 2 tbsp. tablespoon of lavender honey for even more taste!
