Ricotta Verrines with Strawberry & Mint Jam

Ingredients

  • 250g ricotta
  • 2 fresh eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of orange blossom (can also be flavored with vanilla or lemon)

For decoration

  • fresh strawberries, crushed pistachios (unsalted), a few mint leaves
  • Strawberry & mint jam

Preparation

  1. 1

    Mix the ricotta, egg yolks and orange blossom (in a blender)

  2. 2

    Beat the egg whites and gently fold them into the previous mixture

  3. 3

    Place in the verrines with a nice spoon of jam at the bottom

  4. 4

    Leave to cool for at least 4 hours

  5. 5

    Decorate
