  • 400 g Black chocolate
  • 65 g Soft butter
  • 100 g dried fruits (here almonds and pistachios) coarsely chopped
  • 250 g almond paste

    In a bain-marie, melt the chocolate and butter together.

    When the chocolate is melted, add the honey.

    In a salad bowl, mix the dried fruits, the nougat cut into pieces and the melted chocolate (keep 5 to 6 tablespoons of melted chocolate).

    In a square dish, lined with parchment paper, pour the preparation then cover with the remaining chocolate. Level the surface.

    Leave the preparation to set in the refrigerator before cutting it into 20 gourmet bite-sized pieces of equal size.

    Roll out the almond paste on a sheet of parchment paper. Cut out squares of dough to layer on each bite. Decorate with a pistachio.

These bites will keep for 3 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
