  • 2 tablespoons Cajun spice blend
  • 2 cuillères à café granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grounded ginger
  • Pepper and salt

Preparation

    Mix all the ingredients.

    You can brush your pieces of meat (white or red) and let them rest in a cool place protected with cling film until cooked.

    You can also prepare this marinade in advance and store it in an airtight jar, refrigerated, for 7 days.
