  • 6 sprigs of fresh parsley, hulled
  • 15 - 30 g of fresh Passion fruit pulp (approx. 2 fruits)
  • 10 g freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 pinches of salt, to adjust according to taste
  • 1 pinch of 5-berry pepper
  • 600 g fresh salmon

Preparation

    Cut salmon and avocado into cubes.

    Prepare a marinade for your salmon using lemon, passion fruit balsamic, olive oil, pepper, salt and parsley. Cut salmon and avocado into cubes.

    Cut the passion fruit in 2, extract the pulp.

  4. 4

    Add the passion fruit pulp to the marinated salmon. Add salt and pepper and enjoy!
