Put your skewers in water for 20 minutes to prevent them from burning during cooking.
Prepare the marinade: in a salad bowl, mix the 4 tablespoons of olive oil, the 3 tablespoons of piri piri sauce, the salt, the pepper and the juice of the 2 lemons.
Cut the 4 cutlets into cubes, removing the veins and fatty parts if there are any and put them in the marinade. Mix well and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
Cut the peppers and onions into squares of about 2cm.
Take your skewers out of the water and pile the ingredients in the following order: green pepper, onion, red pepper, chicken and continue to the end of the skewer.
Place your skewers on your grill and cook for 10 minutes, turning them regularly. You can put the juice from your marinade on the grill to prevent the meat from drying out during cooking.
