In a shaker, pour the gin, lavender liqueur, lavender syrup, fresh lemon juice, Limoncino flavored vinegar on a bed of crushed ice.
Shake for 15 seconds then pour this mixture into a tall glass filled with crushed ice.
Add a dash of sparkling water and top with Prossecco.
