Place the flour in a bowl and form a well. Add the whole eggs, sugar, oil and butter.
Gently mix with a whisk, gradually adding the milk. The paste thus obtained should have the consistency of a slightly thick liquid.
Heat a non-stick pan and lightly oil it with a paper towel. Pour in a ladle of batter, distribute it in the pan and wait for it to be cooked on one side before turning it over. Cook all the pancakes over low heat.
Serve with vanilla chestnut cream and caramel chips.
