  • 180 g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 15 cl milk
  • 50 g grana padano
  • 1/2 bag baking powder
  • 70 g roasted pistachio

Preparation

    First, sift the flour and baking powder. Make a well in the center then add the eggs and the rosemary oil.

    Incorporate the cheese as well as the black olives cut into pieces.

    Finish by adding the crushed pistachios. Salt and pepper.

    Pour the mixture into a cake mold lined with parchment paper, pour the dough into the mold.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 to 40 minutes.
