Ceviche of white fish

  • 600 g white fish flesh (cod, sea bream, etc.)
  • 2 limes (zest and juice)
  • 1 3-cm segment of fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 2 fresh white or red onion sprouts or green onion or 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 hot pepper
  • 1 bunch coriander, washed, dried and coarsely chopped with 2/3 of stems
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce

Preparation

    Cut the fish into very small cubes and keep in a cool place.

    Mix all the ingredients of the marinade, and when ready to serve, pour it over the fish.

    Serve immediately.
