  • 180 g sugar
  • 180 g butter
  • 180 g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 0.5 bag baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

    In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar. Add melted butter, flour, baking powder, salt.

    Divide the dough into 2 equal portions in 2 different bowls.

    In one of the salad bowls, mix the paste with the caramels with a hint of Camargue salt, previously melted in a little milk.

    In the other, sift the cocoa and mix well.

    In a buttered and floured cake pan, pour the 2 doughs alternately.

    Bake the marble cake for 40 minutes.
