  • 1 cauliflower
  • 2 potatoes
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 tablespoons clotted cream
  • 750 ml water
  • salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • Chicken broth

Preparation

    Cut the cauliflower into florets.
