Flat bread with spices




Others ingredients

  • 200 g plain yoghurt (cow or ewe's milk or Greek)
  • 250 g flour (white or semi-wholemeal)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt

    Mix the flour, spice mix, yoghurt, baking powder and salt together to form a ball, first with a spoon and then with your fingers.

    Next form small approx. 60 g balls and roll them out with a rolling pin one after the other on a work surface sprinkled with flour until they are about 2.5 to 3.5 cm thick.

    In a frying pan on a high heat, cook the breads one by one, with no fat, and turn them over after 2 to 3 minutes. Wipe the flour out of the frying pan before cooking the next one.

    Brush the breads with a little olive oil and sprinkle a little more spice on top.
