  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 400 g chickpeas, strained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp tahini ( sesame cream)
  • 1 juice of lime
  • 1 bunch coriander washed, dried and chopped with 2/3 of stems
  • salt & pepper

Preparation

    Mix all the ingredients with a propeller mixer, in a blender or with an immersion blender.

    2. Add if necessary a little cold water to obtain a smooth dippable texture.

    3. Keep in a cool place.
