Artichoke & Burrata Bruschetta




Others ingredients

  • 4 Slices of country bread
  • 250 g Cherry tomatoes or Datterini
  • 250 g Burrata
  • 150 g Artichokes marinated in olive oil
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • Salt & freshly ground pepper

    Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half. Arrange them in a bowl and season with basil olive oil and a pinch of salt. Stir and set aside.

    Toast the slices of bread in the toaster or in the oven

  3. 3

    Divide the tomatoes on the toast, then the burrata, the olives, the halved artichokes and finally the basil leaves.

    Season with pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.
