Avocado toast with sardines in olive oil & lemon

  • 2 Sourdough bread slices
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 half lemon juice
  • A few strips of zest lemon
  • A few sprigs parsley
  • 3 radish
  • Fleur de sel and pepper

Preparation

    Toast the bread.

    Mash the avocado with the lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then spread it onto the slices of bread. Then add radish slices.

    Arrange the sardines on the avocado.

    Sprinkle with lemon zest and fresh herbs.

    Finish with a few drops of oil from the sardine tin.
