  • 250 g flour
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 zest 1/2 orange
  • 1,5 tablespoon Orange tree Flower water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch yeast
  • 10 cl milk

Preparation

    In a bowl beat the egg and sugar until fluffy.

    Add salt, olive oil, orange zest and orange blossom water. Mix the yeast with the flour.

    Add little by little while mixing with a whisk and finish by hand. Form a ball.

    Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Divide the dough into several balls of equal weight.

    Roll each ball into a sausage about 12 cm, pinching the ends.

    Using a knife, melt lengthwise. Place gradually on the plate. Brush the surface with milk and bake for about 20 minutes.

    Let cool on a wire rack and place in an airtight container.
