Traditional crêpes with our Lemon Curd

  • 250g flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 litre milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 bag vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon rum (optional)

Preparation

    Sift flour, add salt and vanilla sugar.

    Make a well in the center and add the eggs.

  3. 3

    Pour in the milk a little at a time, mixing well.

  4. 4

    If you like, add a teaspoon of rum or orange blossom for flavor.

    Cook in a hot pan.

    Add our Lemon Curd as you wish !
