  • 2 white fish fillets (cod, hake, or another variety of your choice)
  • 1 lemon (juice and zest)
  • Salt & pepper
  • A few fresh herbs (parsley, chives, or thyme)

Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

    Place the fish fillets in an ovenproof dish.

    Drizzle them with lemon juice and Maison Brémond olive oil.

    Season with salt and pepper, and add fresh herbs if desired.

    Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the fish is cooked through and tender.

    Serve immediately, with an extra drizzle of Maison Brémond olive oil to enhance the flavor.
