Egg casserole in bread nest with garlic pulp
We will start this convivial meal with the egg casserole in a nest of bread: a brioche bread in the hollow of which rests a garlic cream (made with our garlic pulp) and an egg cooked in the oven.
A few sprigs of chives, a dash of Heritage olive oil and voila! A first act that could be a good omen for the rest of the treat.
Lamb chops with pistachio pesto
The menu continues with lamb chops accompanied by a pistachio pesto made with our rosemary olive oil.
So many flavors here! The pesto envelops the meat, resulting, after cooking, in a fragrant juice in which you will love to dip small potatoes cooked in butter and coarse salt.
Caramel & Chocolate Easter Cake
After the starter and the main course, here is our dessert: a chocolate and caramel cake, decorated with our olivettes. It takes height for the “wow” effect, and above all it wants to be generous because what we advocate above all is still and always sharing!
