Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Remove the cap from each bun.
Mix the liquid cream and the garlic pulp, garnish the inside of each bread with this mixture.
Crack an egg into each loaf, being careful not to break the yolk.
Add a little cream to the garlic pulp on top, salt and pepper.
Bake for 10 minutes then, once out of the oven, sprinkle with chopped chives.
