  • 35 g soft butter
  • 150 g blond cane sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 225 g T65 wheat flour
  • 6 g baking powder
  • 12 cl milk
  • 2 apples

Preparation

    Mix the sifted flour for a light preparation with the baking powder

    In a salad bowl, whisk the soft butter, Périgord Aop walnut oil and sugar. Stir in the whole egg.

    Alternate the flour mixture and the milk without whipping the dough too much.

    Cover a springform pan with parchment paper to distribute the dough.

    Peel the apples and cut them into thin strips. Distribute the apple pieces by planting them in the dough.

    Bake 35 to 40 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 ° C. Let cool before unmold. Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
