In a Mojito glass, place 6 to 8 whole mint leaves, previously washed and dried.
Take your half lime. Dice it. Drop it into the glass.
Using a measuring cup, pour 2 cl of Canadou cane syrup into your mojito glass and 2 cl of Balsam' Cocktail Mojito.
Gently crush the diced lemon, mint leaves, Balsam' Cocktail Mojito and cane sugar with a pestle to extract the juice.
Using a measuring cup, pour 4 cl of 40° white rum into a Mojito glass.
Prepare the crushed ice by placing the ice cubes in a tea towel. Close it.
Using a special cocktail pestle, strike hard to break the ice.
Add your crushed ice to the glass. Top off your cocktail with sparkling water.
Mix everything with a spoon or a mojito stirrer before tasting.
