Feta with honey and toasted almonds




Others ingredients

  • 100 g flaked almonds
  • 4 wisps mint
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • salt and pepper

    Cut the tomatoes into thin slices across their width. Salt them and leave them aside. Wash the mint leaves and chop them.

    Brown the almonds for 2-3 minutes in a frying pan without fat. Cut the feta into 4 pieces.

    Pour the flour into the bottom of a deep plate and pass the pieces of feta in to coat them.

    Sear the feta in a frying pan without fat for 2 minutes on each side. 1 min before the end, pour 3 tbsp. all-flower honey in the pan.

    Arrange the tomatoes in the bottom of each plate. Place 1 piece of feta and pour a little honey on it. Sprinkle with almonds, pepper if necessary and sprinkle with mint leaves.
