Freshness with yogurt and lavender honey




For the whipped yogurt:

  • 450 g greek yogurt
  • 20 cl liquid full cream
  • 60 g muësli
  • 4 apricots

    In a bowl, mix the yogurt and honey.

    In another bowl, placed on a bed of ice cream, beat the liquid whole cream into whipped cream (the whisk must leave its mark in the center of the cream).

    Gently fold the whipped cream into the yoghurt.

    Divide the whipped yogurt into 4 ramekins, top with honey and almond muesli and add apricot wedges.
