  • 100 g anchovy fillet
  • 100 g capers
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 lemon juice

Preparation

    In a salad bowl, using a mortar, mash the green olives, anchovies and capers. To facilitate the operation, add, little by little, the olive oil.

    Cut the garlic cloves with a chopper and add them to the preparation.

    Season with pepper and add a squeeze of lemon juice.
