Mimosa eggs




Others ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • a few strands chive
  • salt and pepper

    Boil water and immerse the eggs in it for 10 minutes.

    Immerse them in cold water for a few moments then peel them.

  3. 3

    Cut them in 2 and separate the whites from the yolks.

  4. 4

    Mix half of the yolks with the mayonnaise, chopped chives, salt and pepper.

    Stuff the whites with this mixture and crumble the rest of the yolk on top.
