Preheat oven to 180°C.
Open the Camembert box, remove the surrounding paper and replace it in the bottom of the box.
Using a knife, make a grid on your camembert.
Add the 4-cut figs, walnuts and thyme honey.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes.
Add fresh thyme on top and serve with toasted bread and a green salad dressed with fig balsamic vinaigrette. Enjoy!
