Salad with goat cheese, pata negra and strawberries by Maison Brémond

Ingredients

  • 1 beautiful lettuce or oak leaf
  • 500 g Gariguette strawberries
  • 8 slices Pata negra Bellota
  • 180 g fresh goat cheese
  • 75 g walnut kernels

Vinaigrette

Preparation

    Tear the lettuce and rinse it.

    Divide this evenly among 4 plates.

    Divide this evenly among 4 plates.

    Divide them on each plate.

    Add to each plate 2 slices of minced Pata negra Bellota.

    Sprinkle with fresh goat cheese and coarsely chopped walnut kernels.

    Make a vinaigrette by mixing the Ultra Green oil and the vinegar with the raspberry pulp, salt and pepper. Season each plate with this vinaigrette.
