Balsam' Cocktail

A new concept that brings freshness to cocktails and cooking! These balsamic vinegar preparations are ideal for making ‘Spritz’, ‘Gin and tonic’ or even the essential ‘Limoncello’ cocktails in a few minutes, with or without alcohol, but also to accompany dishes with Mediterranean flavors: starter, main course and dessert…

Three unique alcohol-free references based on balsamic vinegar, to refresh all palates and be tempted by original pairings at aperitif or meal time. Focus on Limoncino, Gin-Tonic and Spritz!

Balsam' Spritz

Indispensable for making the classic “Spritz” with Prosecco and sparkling water, you can also enjoy the Balsam’ Spritz in a non-alcoholic cocktail, with orange juice, mint and a few slices of fresh orange.

In the kitchen, its citrus notes are perfect for seasoning goat cheese salad or duck breast. And to finish the meal, bring it to a reduction with lemons, grapefruits and oranges to enjoy it on a delicious panna cotta..

It is an original creation combining modernity in its concept and tradition in the famous development of balsamic vinegar.

Balsam' Limoncino

Balsam’ Limoncino is a non-alcoholic drink made with balsamic vinegar, Limoncino & fresh lemons. Perfect for refreshing all palates, it is tempted by original pairings at aperitif time in cocktails or during meals for sunny recipes.

As an aperitif, we like it accompanied by Prosecco for a “Limoncello Spritz” or in a non-alcoholic version with lemonade.

At lunchtime, it goes wonderfully with fresh salmon in carpaccio or in a marinade with a pork cutlet. And for a tangy and gourmet dessert, pour it in small quantities over a few scoops of lemon ice cream and fresh mint leaves.

Balsam' Gin-Tonic

Accompanied by lemon, water and mint, the Balsam’ Gin Tonic is ideal for refreshing yourself at any time of the day.

In the kitchen, Gin-Tonic adds pep to a salmon tartare or on pork skewers. And for dessert, we like it as a topping on a light red fruit compote, accompanied by mascarpone.
