Panna cotta with honey and lemon curd

  • 40 cl whole liquid cream
  • 3 Gelatin sheets
  • 2 sticks cinnamon

Preparation

    Gently heat the liquid cream, cinnamon sticks and honey in a saucepan over low heat. Mix, the preparation: it must reach the boil. Remove the pan from the heat, remove the cinnamon sticks, add the drained gelatin. Mix until it is completely melted.

    Pour the panna cotta into small glasses or ramekins. Leave to cool to room temperature then place them in the refrigerator for half a day.

    Au moment de servir, répartissez sur chaque panna cotta une cuillère de lemon curd. Savourez-les bien fraiches accompagnées de nos macarons au citron !
