Scamorza, ham and summer truffle sandwich

  • 4 slices of country bread
  • 100 g thinly sliced ​​scamorza
  • 2 slices of white ham
  • 1 knob butter

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

    Brush each slice of bread with truffle-flavoured olive oil.

    Place scarmoza slices on each slice of bread. Add the truffle slices then the white ham. Form sandwiches.

    In a hot skillet, melt a knob of butter and sear the sandwiches for 1 to 2 minutes on each side. The bread should brown slightly.

    Place the grilled cheese on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, then cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Serve hot with lamb's lettuce.
