Traditional basil pesto




Others ingredients

  • 70 g pine nuts (roast these and let them cool)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • The juice of a lemon
  • 50 g fresh basil leaves (a very beautiful bouquet)
  • 50 g Grana Padano, Parmigiano
  • salt pepper

    In the bowl of a food processor, place the pine nuts, lemon juice and garlic clove. Blend until you get a smooth consistency. Add the basil leaves then mix again.

    Then, add the grated cheese of your choice and mix. You obtain a more or less dense dough.

    Add the olive oil, a little salt, pepper and mix again. Refrigerate while waiting to enjoy!
