Ingredients

Pastry Dough

  • 100 g room-temperature butter
  • 150 g of wheat flour
  • 65 g of sugar
  • 25 g of almond powder
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 salt
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 1 lemon zest

Fill

Others ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 10 g of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of Cranberry Balsamic
  • 2 apples
  • 150 ml of cream

Preparation

Pastry Dough:

    Mix sugar and almonds together, and add the wheat

    Then add the egg yolk, vanilla seeds and lemon zest. Mix together, but not for long.

    Keep in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours

Fill

    Peel and divide apples into large cubes

    Mix apple pieces with cranberry balsamic. Allow the apples to marinate 1 hour at room temperature.

    Whisk together eggs and sugar

    Add cream, and whisk the mixture with 1 tablespoon cranberry balsamic

    Once the apples marinated, fry them in medium heat with everyday oil for 2 or 3 minutes.

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

    Roll the dough as thin as possible, and put the mixture in the dough

    Oven-bake it for 25 minutes

    Once baked, sprinkle some sugar on top
